AODA TRAINING

Accessibility Training

In 2005, Ontario passed the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), which required organizations to follow standards to become more accessible to people with disabilities. Various updates to the legislation have been introduced since 2005 with the goal for the province to be fully accessible by 2025. To this endeavour, we have developed AODA policies and procedures to ensure our compliance with AODA, part of which includes mandatory AODA training for all Ontario employees.
